훈제오리 150그램
밥 300그램
부추 20그램
양파 30그램
붉은 파프리카 30그램
노랑 파프리카 30그램

양념
간장 1 큰술
맛술 1 큰술
참기름 1 작은술
후추 약간

Hello every one, this is Happy Jane.
Today I`m gonna make stir fried smoked duck with rice that you can easily make
at home.

The ingredients are 150gs of smoked duck.
300gs of rice.
20gs of chives
30gs of onion.
30gs of red bell pepper and 30grams of yellow bell pepper.

The seasoning is very simple because the smoked duck already has a lot of flavor.
1 T spoon of soy sauce.
1 T spoon of cooking wine.
1 tea spoon of sesame oil
some black pepper powder and a bit of sesame seeds.

Let`s cut the vegetables.
cut it into 4 centimeters long pieces.
First put the smoked duck in the preheated pan and stir-fry it at high heat.
And add onion.
